The clean that hands a finished La Pine build over ready, delivered to the date on your schedule. We start from the handoff and work backward.
Deadline work at the end of the corridor
La Pine’s commercial building is steadier and smaller in scale than the county’s busier markets, running to tenant improvements and new retail and service space along Highway 97. What doesn’t change with scale is the deadline, and the challenge here is committing a crew thirty miles south on a fixed date. Because we run La Pine as a planned route, we can hold that date rather than let closer jobs push it.
The rough pass and the final pass
The rough pass follows the major trades and precedes the finishes: debris out, gross dust down, surfaces cleared so the finish crews aren’t fighting a mess. The final pass follows installation, and it’s the one the client’s first impression rides on. On a hard opening we’ll add a short morning-of touch-up, because a week of punch-list work quietly re-dusts a finished room.
What the final pass covers
Dust lifted from every reachable surface, casework tops down to trim and door frames. Protective film, stickers, and labels off glass, fixtures, appliances, and hardware. Glass cleaned both faces with tracks cleared. Fixtures, vents, and diffusers dusted, casework wiped inside and out, restrooms brought to sanitary, floors carried to their specified finish, and stray paint, caulk, adhesive, and compound worked off the finish surfaces.
Fine dust is the actual job
Drywall and joint-compound dust hangs in the air for a day or two and drifts back onto surfaces you already wiped, which is why the final clean runs top to bottom with a settling gap before the last surfaces are touched. Rush it into one pass and the space looks clean on the day and hazy by morning, exactly when the client walks it.
Getting to your date
Tell us the handoff and we schedule against it. At this distance a set date and clear access matter more than usual, so the more notice we have, the tighter we can hold it. Finished spaces that go into daily use usually move onto a recurring janitorial schedule afterward.
FAQ
Will you work nights or a weekend to hit the date?
Yes. Post-construction is deadline work and the schedule bends to the deadline.
