Commercial Cleaning Questions, Answered

How does pricing work?
Recurring janitorial is a flat monthly rate tied to a written scope. Project work (strip and wax, post-construction, window cleaning) is quoted per job. We price after a walkthrough, not over the phone, because two buildings the same size can differ by double.
Any cost or obligation for the walkthrough?
None. You get the written scope and the price whether or not you hire us.
What if we're mid-contract with someone else?
Book the walkthrough anyway. You'll have a scope and a number on file for renewal, and you'll know whether what you're paying now is reasonable.
Do you clean during business hours or after?
Whichever suits the building. Most offices and clinics prefer after hours or overnight. Warehouses and some retail prefer early morning. Daycares are usually cleaned after the last child leaves.
Will it be the same people every time?
Yes. We assign a crew to your building and keep them there. If someone has to cover, you're told in advance rather than finding a stranger in your lobby.
What happens if something gets missed?
Call or email and we correct it within 24 hours.
Do you do one-time cleans, or only recurring?
Both. Post-construction, move-out, restaurant deep cleans, and seasonal work are all available as one-time projects.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, all cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Who provides paper products, soap, and liners?
You do, by default. Most clients stock their own paper products, soap, and liners. If you'd rather we order and restock them for you, we can, and we bill it back at cost.
What products do you use?
OSHA-approved commercial products, with low-odor and low-VOC options for occupied spaces, medical environments, and childcare facilities. If you have a product restriction (a sensitivity, a green certification, a specific spec), tell us on the walkthrough and we'll build the scope around it.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
In childcare and school settings we use low-odor products and disinfectants selected for occupied spaces, and we schedule so surfaces have time to dry before anyone returns.
Do you clean medical offices?
Yes. Medical and dental spaces are cleaned to protocols built around exam room turnover, high-touch disinfection, and HIPAA-aware handling of the spaces where patient information lives. See medical office cleaning.
What areas do you serve?
Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Prineville, Sisters, La Pine, Terrebonne, and Tumalo. See service areas.
Do you do residential work?
Project and exterior work only. Window and gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, post-remodel dust removal, and empty-home move-out or pre-sale deep cleans. We do not do recurring house cleaning, occupied-home maid service, or vacation-rental turnover. See residential services.
Do you report grease trap service to the City?
Yes. The City of Bend requires food service businesses to keep grease interceptor maintenance records and submit them through its online compliance system. We pump the trap and file the record, so your maintenance history is already there when the City asks.
How often does a grease trap need pumping?
It depends on trap size and how much cooking volume runs through it, and the City sets a required frequency for your interceptor. Traps that go too long between services back up, smell, and drain slowly. We'll tell you what your schedule should be on the walkthrough.
Do you clean food trucks and food pods?
Yes, including the cooking line, stainless, hood filters, and the shared concrete pads and seating areas at pod locations.
Still have a question?
Half an hour at your building gets you a room-by-room written scope and a flat price. No cost, no obligation.
