Move-Out and Move-In Cleaning in Bend, Oregon

Empty-house deep cleaning for renters getting a deposit back, landlords turning a unit, and sellers handing over keys.

Cleaner detailing the inside of an empty kitchen for a move-out clean in Bend, Oregon
Empty-home deep cleaning that reaches everything furniture normally hides.

Who this is for

Renters. Your lease says the unit comes back clean. What that actually means is usually a landlord’s judgment call, and the difference between passing and losing part of your deposit is almost always the same short list: oven, fridge, baseboards, and inside the cabinets.

Landlords and property managers. Fast turnaround between tenants. A unit that shows well rents faster and rents higher. See property management.

Sellers. Handing over a clean house is both a courtesy and, in many contracts, an obligation.

Buyers. A lot of people would rather clean before their things go in than after.

Timing

Book once the place is empty. Cleaning around remaining furniture and boxes means the areas underneath don’t get done, which is exactly where a landlord will look.

If you’re on a tight closing or lease-end date, tell us early.

Deposits

We can’t promise a landlord’s decision. That’s theirs. What we can do is make sure the things landlords actually check are genuinely clean, and those are consistently the oven, the fridge, baseboards, inside cabinets, and bathroom grout.

FAQ

Is this the same as a regular house cleaning?

No, and we don’t do recurring house cleaning at all. This is a one-time, empty-house deep clean: inside every appliance, inside every cabinet, every baseboard, every track and corner. It’s a project, not an ongoing maid service.

Does the place need to be empty?

Ideally yes. If a few items remain, tell us where and we’ll work around them, but anything left behind means the surface under it doesn’t get cleaned.

Will this get my deposit back?

We clean what landlords check. The decision is theirs, but the usual reasons deposits get docked are things on our list.

Do you do carpets?

Yes, as an add-on. Many leases specifically require professional carpet cleaning at move-out, so check yours. See carpet cleaning.

Can you do it same day?

Sometimes. It depends on the size of the home and how much is involved. Smaller jobs can go same day; bigger or tougher ones usually need 24 to 48 hours. Give us as much notice as you can and we’ll tell you honestly.

Do you clean the garage?

Sweep-out and general cleaning, yes, on request.
