Scope is built per building. A typical office account includes:
Every visit
- Empty trash and recycling, replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms: toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters, floors
- Restock restroom paper, soap, and liners (if supplied; see FAQ)
- Vacuum carpeted areas including edges and under accessible furniture
- Dust mop and damp mop hard floors
- Wipe and disinfect high-touch points: door handles, light switches, push plates, elevator buttons, handrails
- Clean breakroom and kitchen counters, sinks, tables, and appliance exteriors
- Spot clean entry glass and interior partition glass
- Clean and organize entryway, remove tracked debris
Weekly
- Dust desks, ledges, sills, and horizontal surfaces
- Detail vacuum edges and corners
- Damp wipe baseboards in high-traffic areas
- Clean interior windows within reach
Monthly and quarterly
- High dusting: vents, light fixtures, tops of partitions and cabinets
- Detail clean restroom partitions and fixtures
- Machine scrub hard floor surfaces
- Vacuum upholstered furniture
How the scope gets set
The walkthrough is where this is decided. We go room by room and mark what happens every visit, what happens weekly, and what happens on a longer cycle. You get that as a written document.
Most buildings find a couple of things they were paying for and didn’t need, and one or two things nobody had ever put on a list.
Frequency
Five nights a week, three nights, twice a week, or weekly. Higher frequency isn’t automatically better. A building cleaned properly three nights a week beats one cleaned thin five nights a week, and we’ll say so on the walkthrough even when the bigger package is the bigger invoice.
Access and hours
Most Bend offices and clinics prefer after-hours or overnight. Warehouses often want early morning. Daycares get cleaned after the last child leaves. We work around your operation.
The Central Oregon part
Entry management drives more of the outcome here than most people expect. Bend runs on pumice and volcanic soil, and in winter the City spreads crushed basalt while ODOT lays down red cinders for traction. That grit rides in on shoes for months.
Once it’s in the building it acts like sandpaper, cutting carpet fibers and scratching through floor finish. Half of keeping a Bend building looking good is catching that at the door: adequate matting, detail vacuuming at entries, and floor schedules built for abrasive soil rather than a national template.
FAQ
How often should my office be cleaned?
It depends on headcount, foot traffic, and whether food is involved. A ten-person professional office is usually fine at two or three nights a week. A clinic seeing patients all day, or anywhere with a shared kitchen, generally wants nightly. We’ll give you an honest recommendation on the walkthrough.
Do you bring your own equipment and chemicals?
Yes, all of it.
Who supplies paper products and soap?
You do, unless you’d rather not. Consumables are the client’s to stock. If you’d prefer we manage ordering and restocking, we handle it and bill it back at cost.
Will it be the same crew every time?
Yes. We assign a crew to your building and keep them there. If someone has to cover, you’ll know beforehand.
What if something gets missed?
Call or email and we correct it within 24 hours.
