Why we started
Maid Clean is a Bend company, and I'm a Central Oregon local. I've spent years in commercial cleaning around here, long enough to watch the same story play out on account after account. A company wins the work, cleans well for a few months, then quietly slides. Crews turn over. Nobody mentions it. Standards drift until a tenant or an inspector complains.
I started Maid Clean to run it the other way, around the boring parts that actually keep a building clean two years in: written scopes, assigned crews that stay, and inspections on a schedule instead of after a complaint.
The people doing the work are specialists with decades of skilled experience between them, across floor care, medical spaces, kitchens and grease traps, and post-construction cleanup. You get that depth without paying for a national brand's overhead.
What we do differently
Written scopes before we quote
A price without a task list is a guess. Every account starts with a walkthrough and ends with a room-by-room scope you can hold us to.
Assigned crews that stay
The person cleaning your building this month should be the person cleaning it next year. Continuity is most of what "quality" actually means in this trade.
Inspections on a schedule, not on complaint
Management does the inspections, not the crew grading its own work. Buildings we clean four to seven days a week get checked weekly; lighter accounts get checked monthly. The walk happens on the calendar, before anyone has a reason to call.
We carry the compliance load
Grease trap records filed with the City. Medical spaces cleaned to protocols that hold up when someone asks. Documentation that exists before it's requested.
We handle commercial cleaning of every kind for the building types we know across Central Oregon. If you clean for a living and want steady work, work with us. You can also see recent jobs.
Insured and accountable
We carry $2 million in general liability coverage and provide a certificate of insurance with every proposal. When a lease or property manager requires it, we name your entity as additional insured. If you need to see coverage before the walkthrough, ask and we'll send it over.
