What we do

Compare the walking lanes to the room edges. Duller lanes with finish still showing means a recoat, and booking it before a peak season is the smart move. Lanes worn to bare tile means a full strip. An even but tired shine usually just wants burnishing. Getting this right saves money either way: a recoat over gone finish has nothing to bond to, and a strip where a recoat would do is money spent early.
Scheduling around the guests
Refinishing needs chemicals, standing water, and uninterrupted dry time, so it’s after-hours or, better in Sunriver, a shoulder-season closure when a Village shop or restaurant can hand over the floor for a night or two without turning guests away. Burnishing and machine work can often run overnight between busy days.
