Rough and final cleans for Sisters build-outs, downtown tenant improvements, and remodels. We schedule backward from your opening day, because that’s the day everyone judges the whole project on.
What gets built in Sisters
Most Sisters commercial work is a fit-out or a remodel rather than a ground-up build, a shop or gallery moving into an existing storefront, a restaurant build-out, a lodging refresh. The town’s design review keeps the Western storefront look, which means detailed trim and millwork, and detailed finish work throws a lot of fine dust. And because these openings are timed to a season or an event weekend, the final clean lands on a fixed calendar date.
Two passes, two purposes
The rough pass follows the heavy trades, clearing debris and construction dust so the finish crews have a clean surface to work on. The final pass follows install and is the one a shop owner reads their first impression from. When a space is opening for a season, a quick touch-up the morning of is cheap insurance, since a last week of punch-list work quietly re-coats a finished room in dust.
Inside the final pass
Fine dust off every reachable surface, casework tops down to trim and door frames. Protective film, stickers, and labels off glass, fixtures, appliances, and hardware. Glass done both faces, tracks cleared. Vents, diffusers, and light fixtures dusted, cabinetry wiped inside and out, restrooms taken to sanitary, floors carried to their finished state. Stray paint, caulk, adhesive, and mud worked off the finish surfaces.
The dust settles twice
Drywall and joint-compound dust stays airborne a day or two and drifts back onto surfaces you’ve already wiped, so we run the final pass high to low with a settling gap before the last surfaces get done. Rush it into one pass and the space looks sharp on the day, then hazes over by opening.
Built around the date
Give us the opening or handoff date and we schedule to it. In Sisters that date usually ties to a season or an event, so more notice lets us hold the finish tight and add the morning-of touch-up. Spaces headed into daily use generally move onto a recurring janitorial schedule after.
FAQ
Can you finish overnight before an opening?
Yes. This is deadline work and the schedule bends to the opening date.
