The two ways we reach it
Anything at ground level, storefront and entry glass, we clean by hand. A squeegee and edge detailing is the only method that gets the corners genuinely clean rather than just the middle of the pane. What the high desert does to glass
Two things drive the schedule here. Mineral-heavy water is the first: sprinkler overspray dries on storefront glass as spots that thicken into a haze and, given enough seasons, etch in for good, so catching it on a cycle is far cheaper than trying to restore it. Dry-season dust and wildfire smoke are the second, laying a film that shows worst on the sun-facing elevations, which is why a wash right after smoke season is a routine call.
What a wash includes
Glass inside and out, frames and sills wiped down, tracks cleared, and entry doors with their side lights done both faces. Interior partition and conference-room glass on request, along with removal of tape, stickers, and adhesive where the pane will give it up, and screens pulled, cleaned, and reset if you want them done.

Do you do the inside too, or only the street side?
Both, and the inside is usually where the marks people actually notice live: fingerprints, tape residue, and smudged meeting-room glass.
Can you work within a secure building’s rules?
Yes. We schedule around badging, escort, and sign-in and provide whatever documentation the site requires.
Can old spotting be saved?
Recent mineral deposit generally lifts with the right treatment. Long-set etching may not. We test a pane and tell you which you’ve got before pricing the building.
